สหพันธรัฐอินเดียตะวันตก หรือ สหพันธรัฐเวสต์อินดีส (อังกฤษ: West Indies Federation) เป็นสหพันธรัฐที่เกิดจากการรวมกลุ่มกันของอาณานิคมโพ้นทะเลของสหราชอาณาจักรในแถบแคริบเบียน ตั้งแต่ 3 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2501 ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2505 วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดตั้งคือเพื่อสร้างกลุ่มการเมืองที่มีรูปแบบการปกครองแบบสหพันธรัฐเมื่อได้รับเอกราชสมบูรณ์จากสหราชอาณาจักร ดังเช่นรูปแบบการเมืองการปกครองของประเทศแคนาดาและเครือรัฐออสเตรเลีย อย่างไรก็ตาม สหพันธรัฐดังกล่าวนี้กลับต้องยุบตัวลงเพราะความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองภายใน
