เอช2รีเซพเตอร์แอนตาโกนีสต์ (อังกฤษ: H2-receptor antagonist) เป็นยาที่ใช้ระงับการทำงานของฮีสตามีนต่อพาเรียทัลเซลล์ (parietal cell) ในกระเพาะอาหาร เพื่อทำให้เซลล์เหล่านั้นลดการผลิตกรดลง ยาเหล่านี้ใช้รักษาอาการอาหารไม่ย่อย (dyspepsia) อย่างไรก็ดีความนิยม ได้ลดลงเนื่องจากยายับยั้งการขับโปรตอน (proton pump inhibitor) ใช้ได้ดีกว่า
