หยาง ชินอี่ (อังกฤษ: Tavia Yeung Sin-yiu จีนตัวย่อ: 杨茜尧; จีนตัวเต็ม: 楊茜堯, เกิดวันที่ 30 สิงหาคม 1979), มีอีกชื่อในวงการบันเทิงว่า หยาง อี่ (อังกฤษ: Tavia Yeung Yi จีนตัวย่อ: 杨怡; จีนตัวเต็ม: 楊怡), เป็นนักแสดงหญิงชาวฮ่องกง เธอมีผลงานเด่นคือละครเรื่อง Moonlight Resonance (2008), Beyond the Realm of Conscience (2009), The Mysteries of Love (2010), and The Hippocratic Crush (2012).
