ในชีววิทยา, อาณาจักร [Kingdom] เป็นระดับหรือหมู่ที่ใหญ่เกือบที่สุดของสิ่งมีชีวิต ใช้ในการการจัดหมวดหมู่สิ่งมีชีวิตในโลก นักอนุกรมวิธานมีความเห็นในการจัดหมวดหมู่แตกต่างกันไป เช่น แบ่งออกเป็น 5 อาณาจักร 6 อาณาจักร หรือ 8 อาณาจักร (แคมป์เบลล์, 1996) ซึ่งระบบที่เป็นที่นิยมใช้ในอดีตและปัจจุบันระบบหนึ่งคือระบบ 5 อาณาจักร ส่วนอีกระบบที่เริ่มแพร่หลายและคาดว่าจะได้รับความนิยมต่อไป คือระบบ 6 อาณาจักร 3 โดเมน
