อาสนวิหารแอจมียัตซิน (อังกฤษ: Etchmiadzin Cathedral; อาร์มีเนีย: Էջմիածնի մայր տաճար, Ēǰmiatsni mayr tačar) เป็นอาสนวิหารหลักของคริสตจักรอัครสาวกอาร์มีเนีย ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองวาการ์สชาพัต จังหวัดอาร์มาวีร์ ประเทศอาร์มีเนีย นักวิชาการส่วนใหญ่เชื่อว่าเป็นอาสนวิหารแห่งแรกที่สร้างขึ้นในพื้นที่ของอาร์มีเนียโบราณ และมักถือกันว่าเป็นหนึ่งในอาสนวิหารที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในโลก

Thomson, Mnatsakanian, Vrej Nersessian, and Grigoryan have all rejected this claim and stated that Armenia's first church was in Ashtishat, in Western Armenia's Taron region. Thomson, commenting on Agathangelos' History of the Armenians, writes that Etchmiadzin was neither the first church nor the first cathedral in Armenia.
