เจ้าชายวิตตอริโอ เอ็มมานูเอล เจ้าชายแห่งเนเปิลส์ หรือ มกุฎราชกุมารแห่งอิตาลี (อังกฤษ: HRH Prince Vittorio Emanuele, Prince of Naples); เป็นพระราชโอรสพระองค์เดียวใน พระเจ้าอุมแบร์โตที่ 2 กับ สมเด็จพระราชินีมารี-โจเซแห่งอิตาลี ภายหลังอิตาลีเปลี่ยนระบอบการปกครอง พระองค์และพระราชวงศ์ยังสามารถดำรงพระอิสริยยศนี้ได้ตลอดพระชนม์ชีพ ทรงอภิเษกสมรสกับ มาริน่า ริโกลฟี่ ดอเรีย ภายหลังได้รับพระราชอิสริยยศเป็น เจ้าหญิงแห่งเนเปิลส์ มกุฎราชกุมารีแห่งอิตาลี มีพระราชโอรสร่วมกันเพียงพระองค์เดียวคือ เจ้าชายเอ็มมานูเอล ฟิลิแบร์โตแห่งซาวอย เจ้าขายแห่งเวนิซ ทั้งนี้ พระองค์ยังถือเป็นพระราชนัดดาใน สมเด็จพระราชาธิบดีอัลแบร์ที่ 1 แห่งเบลเยียม ผ่านทางสายพระราชมารดา
