เพ็กกี แอนเนตต์ วิตสัน (อังกฤษ: Peggy Annette Whitson; เกิด 9 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1960) เป็นนักวิจัยชีวเคมีชาวอเมริกัน อดีตนักบินอวกาศนาซา และอดีตหัวผู้บัญชาการสถานีอวกาศนานาชาติ (ISS)
