เฟอเลชิโอ

เฟอเลชิโอ (อังกฤษ: fellatio) คือ การทำกิจกรรมทางเพศด้วยปาก ซึ่งบุคคลหนึ่งใช้ปากหรือลำคอของตนกระทำต่ออวัยวะเพศชายของตนเองหรือของอีกบุคคลหนึ่ง เพื่อเร้ากามารมณ์ เพื่อเป็นอารัมภบทไปสู่กิจกรรมทางเพศอย่างอื่น หรือเพื่อให้ถึงความเสียวสุดยอด

ในภาษาอังกฤษ คำ fellatio มาจากคำภาษาละตินว่า fellātus ซึ่งเป็นรูปอดีตของกริยา fellāre แปลว่า ดูด ภาษาปากมักเรียก blowjob, BJ, give head หรือ suck off เฟอเลชิโอที่กระทำต่อตนเองมีศัพท์เฉพาะ คือ ออโตเฟอเลชิโอ (autofellatio)

เฟอเลชิโออาจก่อให้เกิดโรคส่งผ่านทางเพศสัมพันธ์เช่นเดียวกับกิจกรรมทางเพศรูปแบบอื่น แต่มีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะส่งผ่านเชื้อเอชไอวีน้อยกว่าเพศสัมพันธ์ทางทวารหนักหรือช่องคลอด

บางวัฒนธรรมห้ามกระทำเฟอเลชิโอ กระนั้น ประเทศส่วนใหญ่ในโลกนี้ก็ไม่มีกฎหมายห้ามเฟอเลชิโอ และผู้คนทั่วไปไม่นับว่า เฟอเลชิโอมีผลต่อพรหมจรรย์ แต่ก็มีผู้เห็นต่าง และยังมีบางคนตะขิดตะขวงใจที่จะกระทำหรือรับการกระทำเฟอเลชิโอ
