แมงป่องแส้ หรือ แมงป่องหางแส้ (อังกฤษ : whip scorpion ) เป็นสัตว์ขาปล้อง จำพวกแมง จำพวกหนึ่ง อยู่ในอันดับ Thelyphonida
แมงป่องแส้ มีรูปร่างลักษณะคล้ายกับแมงป่อง มีขา 4 คู่ แต่ขาคู่หน้าเรียวยาวพัฒนาเป็นอวัยวะรับสัมผัส และมีขนยาวตอนปลายลำตัวมีลักษณะยาวคล้ายแส้ ไม่มีอวัยวะในการต่อย จึงเป็นสัตว์ที่ไม่มีพิษ แต่ก็สามารถปล่อยสารเคมีที่มีกลิ่นฉุนออกมา(มีกลิ่นเปรี้ยว) ซึ่งเป็นกรดอเซติค เป็นส่วนใหญ่ ใช้สำหรับป้องกันตัวไม่ใช้ล่าเหยื่อ อันสามารถขับไล่แมลงบางจำพวกอย่างมดหรือเห็บไปได้
แมงป่องแส้ สามารถจัดจำแนกได้ตามลักษณะของหาง ซึ่งมีทั้งยาวและสั้น แพร่กระจายพันธุ์ในป่ารวมถึงในเมืองในภูมิภาคที่มีอากาศแบบเมืองร้อนหรือกึ่งเขตร้อนทั้งในทวีปยุโรป, แอฟริกา, เอเชีย จนถึงออสเตรเลีย ในปี ค.ศ. 2006 มีการจำแนกแมงป่องแส้ออกเป็นชนิดต่าง ๆ ได้มากกว่า 100 ชนิด ส่วนชนิดที่รู้จักและพบในไทย รวมถึงพม่าและกัมพูชา มีประมาณ 30 ชนิดหรือมากกว่า
