แมงมุมลูกตุ้ม (อังกฤษ : Bolas spider ) เป็นสัตว์ขาปล้องจำพวกแมงมุมกลุ่มหนึ่ง จัดอยู่ในเผ่า Mastophoreae ในวงศ์ Araneidae
จัดเป็นแมงมุมที่มีวิวัฒนาการขั้นสูงกลุ่มหนึ่ง โดยเป็นแมงมุมที่ไม่สร้างใย รวมทั้งจะไม่มีพฤติกรรมซุ่มตัวเพื่อล่าเหยื่อ แต่จะผลิตสารเคมีจำพวกฟีโรโมน ที่มีกลิ่นคล้ายผีเสื้อกลางคืนเพื่อหลอกล่อให้ผีเสื้อกลางคืนเข้าใจผิดว่า เป็นผีเสื้อกลางคืนตัวเมีย และบินเข้ามาใกล้เพื่อผสมพันธุ์ ซึ่งแมงมุมลูกตุ้มจะไม่จับเหยื่อโดยตรงแต่จะรอให้เหยื่อเข้ามาใกล้ จากนั้นจะใช้ลูกตุ้มซึ่งเป็นกาวเหนียวที่ทำเตรียมไว้แล้วคล้องไว้ด้วยขาหน้า และด้วยดวงตาที่มีประสิทธิภาพการมองเห็นที่ดี จะใช้ขาหน้ากวัดแกว่งลูกตุ้มให้ไปติดกับเหยื่อ ซึ่งกาวเหนียวของลูกตุ้มนั้นมีความเหนียวมากแม้เหยื่อที่เป็นแมลงขนาดใหญ่ก็ไม่อาจดิ้นหลุดไปได้ง่าย ๆ
แมงมุมลูกตุ้ม กระจายพันธุ์ในหลายพื้นที่ เช่น ทวีปอเมริกา, แอฟริกา และออสตราเลเซีย
