แฮร์มัน สเน็ลเลิน (ดัตช์: Herman Snellen; 19 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1834 – 18 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1908) เป็นจักษุแพทย์ชาวดัตช์ เกิดที่เมืองไซสต์ เข้าเรียนด้านการแพทย์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยยูเทรกต์ หลังเรียนจบสเน็ลเลินทำงานเป็นผู้ช่วยแพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาลเนเธอร์แลนด์เพื่อผู้ป่วยโรคตา (Nederlandsch Gasthuis voor Ooglijders) ในปี ค.ศ. 1862 เขาแนะนำแผนภูมิสเน็ลเลิน (Snellen chart) ซึ่งเป็นแผนภูมิวัดสายตาที่ต่อมาใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลาย ในปี ค.ศ. 1877 สเน็ลเลินดำรงตำแหน่งศาสตราจารย์ด้านจักษุวิทยาที่มหาวิทยาลัยยูเทรกต์ เขาทำงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับความผิดปกติทางสายตาต่าง ๆ เช่น สายตาเอียง ต้อหิน รวมถึงแนะนำการใช้แว่นตาและศัลยกรรมทางสายตา
