โรคหืด (อังกฤษ: asthma) เป็นโรคการอักเสบเรื้อรังของทางเดินอากาศหายใจที่พบบ่อย ลักษณะคือ มีอาการหลายอย่างแบบเป็นซ้ำ มีการอุดกั้นทางเดินอากาศหายใจและหลอดลมหดเกร็งแบบย้อนกลับได้ อาการทั่วไปมีเสียงหวีด ไอ แน่นหน้าอกและหายใจกระชั้น

เชื่อว่าโรคหืดเกิดจากปัจจัยทางพันธุกรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อมผสมกัน การวินิจฉัยโดยปกติอาศัยรูปแบบของอาการ การตอบสนองต่อการรักษาตามเวลาและการวัดปริมาตรอากาศหายใจ (spirometry) ในทางคลินิก จำแนกตามความถี่ของอาการ ปริมาตรการหายใจออกเบ่งใน 1 วินาที (FEV1) และอัตราการไหลหายใจออกสูงสุด (peak expiratory flow rate) โรคหืดยังอาจจำแนกเป็นแบบภูมิแพ้กรรมพันธุ์ (atopic) หรือภายนอก (extrinsic) หรือไม่ใช่ภูมิแพ้กรรมพันธุ์ (non-atopic) หรือภายใน (intrinsic) โดยภูมิแพ้กรรมพันธุ์หมายถึงความไวแฝงรับโรค (predisposition) ต่อการเกิดปฏิกิริยาไวเกินชนิดที่ 1

การรักษาอาการเฉียบพลันโดยปกติใช้ตัวทำการบีตา-2 ที่ออกฤทธิ์สั้นแบบสูด (inhaled short-acting beta-2 agonist) เช่น ซัลบูทามอล และคอร์ติโคสเตอรอยด์ทางปาก ในผู้ป่วยที่อาการรุนแรงมาก อาจต้องใช้คอร์ติโคสเตอรอยด์ แมกนีเซียมซัลเฟตทางหลอดเลือดดำ และให้เข้าโรงพยาบาล อาการสามารถป้องกันได้โดยการเลี่ยงตัวกระตุ้น เช่น สารก่อภูมิแพ้และยาระคาย และโดยการใช้คอร์ติโคสเตอรอยด์แบบสูด ตัวทำการบีตาที่ออกฤทธิ์ยาว (LABA) หรือสารต้านลิวโคไตรอีน (antileukotriene) อาจใช้เพิ่มเติมจากคอร์ติโคสเตอรอยด์แบบสูดหากยังควบคุมอาการโรคหืดไม่ได้
