โรคเนเกลอริเอซิส (อังกฤษ: naegleriasis) หรือ เยื่อหุ้มสมองและสมองอักเสบจากอะมีบาแบบปฐมภูมิ (อังกฤษ: primary amebic meningoencephalitis), ฝีในสมองจากอะมีบา (อังกฤษ: amebic brain abscess) หรือ สมองอักเสบจากอะมีบา (อังกฤษ: amebic encephalitis) เป็นโรคติดเชื้อของสมองอย่างหนึ่ง เกิดจากการติดเชื้อโปรโตซัว Naegleria fowleri ซึ่งบางครั้งถูกเรียกว่าอะมีบากินสมอง
