โฮลเดนในประเทศไทย ในต้นยุค 1980s บริษัท พระนครยนตรการ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นผู้แทนจำหน่ายรถยนต์ของเจเนรัล มอเตอร์ เคยนำรถยนต์โฮลเดนเข้ามาจำหน่ายในประเทศไทยมาแล้ว ชึ่งรถยนต์ที่นำเข้ามาขายในประเทศไทย คือ โฮลเดน คอมมอดอร์ (Holden VK Commodore) เป็นต้น แต่ภายหลังโฮลเดนได้ถูกยกเลิกการจำหน่ายในประเทศไทยในต้นยุค 1990s ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเดียวกับที่พระนครยนตรการนำเข้ารถยนต์ฮุนได จากประเทศเกาหลีใต้พอดี
