กลูออน (อังกฤษ : Gluon ) เป็นอนุภาคมูลฐาน ที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นอนุภาคแลกเปลี่ยน (หรือเกจโบซอน ) ของอันตรกิริยาอย่างเข้ม ระหว่างควาร์ก คล้ายกับการแลกเปลี่ยนโฟตอน ในแรงแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า ระหว่างอนุภาคที่มีประจุ 2 ตัว
