ดังเคิลออสเตียส (อังกฤษ : Dunkleosteus ) เป็นสกุล ของปลา ในยุคก่อนประวัติศาสตร์ ที่ปัจจุบันนี้สูญพันธุ์ ไปแล้วสกุลหนึ่ง ใช้ชื่อสกุลว่า Dunkleosteus (มาจาก "(เดวิด) Dunkle" + osteus (οστεος, ภาษากรีก : กระดูก ); หมายถึง "กระดูกของดังเคิล" ซึ่งตั้งเพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่ เดวิด ดังเคิล ภัณฑารักษ์ แห่งพิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติวิทยาคลีฟแลนด์ )
ดังเคิลออสเตียส เป็นปลาทะเล ขนาดใหญ่อาศัยอยู่ในปลายยุคดีโวเนียน ระยะเวลาประมาณ 358-382 ล้านปีที่แล้ว จัดเป็นปลาที่มีขากรรไกรที่เป็นปลานักล่ากินเนื้อขนาดใหญ่ที่เป็นเสมือนคู่แข่งตัวฉกาจของปลาฉลาม ในยุคต้นของการวิวัฒนาการ เลยทีเดียว
ดังเคิลออสเตียส ถือเป็นสกุลของปลาที่มีขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดที่อยู่ในอันดับ Arthrodira รูปลักษณ์ภายนอกของปลาสกุลนี้แลดูดุดันน่ากลัวมาก ที่เห็นเด่นชัดสุดคงเป็นแผ่นขากรรไกรแข็งแรง ยืดหยุ่นได้ดี ไม่มีฟันแต่ที่ขอบปากมีลักษณะแหลมคล้ายเขี้ยวทั้งด้านบนและล่าง ทำให้เป็นเหมือนจะงอยปากไว้งับเหยื่อโดยไม่ต้องใช้ฟัน ในขณะที่มีลำตัวตัวยาว 3-9 เมตร และหนักได้ถึง 3.6-4 ตัน และมีโครงสร้างประกอบด้วยเกล็ด อย่างหนาและแข็งเสมือนชุดเกราะ
