ทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคล

ทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคล (อังกฤษ: private property) คือชื่อเรียกทางกฎหมายของความเป็นเจ้าของในทรัพย์สินของนิติบุคคล ทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างจากทรัพย์สินสาธารณะที่เป็นของรัฐและต่างจากทรัพย์สินส่วนรวม (collective property หรือ cooperative property) ที่เจ้าของเป็นองค์การนอกภาครัฐ ทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคลอาจเป็นได้ทั้งสังหาริมทรัพย์ส่วนตัว (สินค้าบริโภค) หรือสินค้าประเภททุน (capital goods) ทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคลเป็นแนวคิดทางกฎหมายที่อธิบายและบังคับใช้ในระบบการเมืองของประเทศ
