นิติศาสตรบัณฑิต

นิติศาสตรบัณฑิต (อังกฤษ: Bachelor of Laws; ละติน: Legum Baccalaureus) หรือย่อว่า น.บ. (ละติน: LL.B., LL. B., LLB หรือ Ll.B.) เป็นปริญญาระดับบัณฑิตทางนิติศาสตร์ซึ่งกำเนิดในประเทศอังกฤษ และประเทศที่ใช้กฎหมายระบบคอมมอนลอว์มักให้เป็นปริญญาชั้นแรกในทางนิติศาสตร์ ก่อนจะถึงนิติศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตและนิติศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิตตามลำดับ

แต่สหรัฐอเมริกาเป็นประเทศคอมมอนลอว์ประเทศเดียวที่ไม่มีปริญญานิติศาสตรบัณฑิตอีก สถาบันการศึกษาแห่งสุดท้ายในสหรัฐอเมริกาที่ประสาทปริญญานิติศาสตรบัณฑิต คือ มหาวิทยาลัยเยล (Yale University) ซึ่งเลิกปริญญานี้ไปเมื่อ ค.ศ. 1971 สถาบันการศึกษาในสหรัฐอเมริกานั้นหันมาใช้ปริญญาจูริสดอกเตอร์ (Juris Doctor) เป็นชั้นแรกในทางนิติศาสตร์ แล้วกำหนดให้ผู้เข้ารับการศึกษาต้องเป็นบัณฑิตสาขาใดก็ได้มาก่อน นอกจากนี้ บุคคลจะเข้าสอบเป็นเนติบัณฑิตสหรัฐอเมริกาได้ก็ต่อเมื่อได้ปริญญาจูริสดอกเตอร์แล้วด้วย
