วันแห่งความตาย (อังกฤษ: Day of the Dead; สเปน: Día de Muertos) เป็นวันหยุดที่ฉลองทั่วประเทศเม็กซิโก โดยเฉพาะในภาคกลางและใต้ กับชาวเม็กซิกันที่อยู่ในประเทศอื่น เป็นวันหยุดที่ครอบครัวและเพื่อนรวมตัวกันขอพรและรำลึกถึงเพื่อนและสมาชิกครองครัวที่เสียชีวิต และช่วยพวกเขาในการเดินทางด้วยทางจิตวิญญาณ ในวัฒนธรรมเม็กซิกัน ความตายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวงจรชีวิตมนุษย์ ซึ่งไม่เพียงแค่วันแห่งความเศร้าโศก แต่ยังเป็นวันแห่งการฉลอง เพราะคนที่พวกเขารักตื่นขึ้นมาฉลองร่วมกับพวกเขา ใน ค.ศ. 2008 ยูเนสโกยกให้วัฒนธรรมนี้เป็นมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรม
