แมสสเปกโตรเมทรี (อังกฤษ: Mass spectrometry หรือ MS) คือเทคนิคในการวิเคราะห์ผลการวัดสัดส่วนมวลต่อประจุ (mass-to-charge ratio) ของอนุภาคที่มีประจุ ใช้เพื่อระบุมวลของอนุภาค ส่วนประกอบของธาตุในสารประกอบตัวอย่างหรือในโมเลกุล และเพื่อแสดงถึงโครงสร้างทางเคมีของโมเลกุล เช่น เพปไทด์ และสารประกอบทางเคมีอื่นๆ

การทำงานของ MS คือทำให้สารประกอบเคมีกลายเป็นประจุ (ionize) เพื่อสร้างโมเลกุลที่มีประจุขึ้นมาและวัดสัดส่วนมวลต่อประจุของมัน
