ระบบน้ำเหลือง (อังกฤษ: lymphatic system หรือ lymphoid system) เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของระบบไหลเวียนและระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน ประกอบด้วยโครงข่ายขนาดใหญ่ของหลอดน้ำเหลือง อวัยวะน้ำเหลือง และเนื้อเยื่อน้ำเหลือง ภายในหลอดน้ำเหลืองบรรจุและขนส่งของเหลวใส เรียกว่า น้ำเหลือง (lymph; มาจากภาษาละติน lympha หมายถึง "น้ำ") ไปยังหัวใจ ระบบน้ำเหลืองต่างจากระบบไหลเวียนเลือดตรงที่ระบบน้ำเหลืองไม่เป็นระบบปิด ระบบไหลเวียนเลือดของมนุษย์จะนำเลือดโดยเฉลี่ย 20 ลิตรต่อวันกรองผ่านผนังหลอดเลือดฝอย ซึ่งเป็นการเคลื่อนย้ายของพลาสมาออกจากเลือด และพลาสมาที่ผ่านการกรองกลับมาประมาณ 17 ลิตรจะถูกดูดซึมกลับเข้าไปในหลอดเลือดโดยตรง ส่วนที่เหลืออีก 3 ลิตรยังคงอยู่ในสารน้ำแทรก โดยหนึ่งในหน้าที่หลักของระบบน้ำเหลืองก็คือเป็นทางไหลกลับสำหรับของเหลว 3 ลิตรที่เหลือไปยังหลอดเลือด
