อะโครโซม (อังกฤษ : acrosome ) เป็นออร์แกเนลล์ ที่อยู่บริเวณส่วนหัวของตัวอสุจิ (สเปิร์ม) ของสัตว์ส่วนใหญ่รวมถึงมนุษย์ มีรูปร่างคล้ายหมวก พัฒนามาจากกอลไจแอปพาราตัส ในสัตว์ที่มีรกสมบูรณ์ เอนไซม์สำคัญในอะโครโซมคือไฮยาลูโรนิเดส (hyaluronidase) และอะโครซิน (acrosin) ซึ่งจะสลายชั้นนอกของเซลล์ไข่ ที่เรียกว่า zona pellucida เพื่อให้นิวเคลียสแฮพลอยด์ของอสุจิเข้าไปผสมกับนิวเคลียสแฮพลอยด์ของไข่ได้
