เซาแทมป์ตัน (อังกฤษ: Southampton) เป็นเมืองที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในแฮมป์เชียร์เคาน์ตี ชายฝั่งตอนใต้ของอังกฤษ อยู่ห่างจากกรุงลอนดอนทางทิศตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ราว 120 กิโลเมตร และห่างจากเมืองพอร์ตสมัททางทิศตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือราว 30 กิโลเมตร มีประชากร 239,700 คน (ค.ศ. 2010) เป็นเมืองท่าสำคัญ เมืองที่ใกล้ที่สุดคือ นิวฟอร์เรสต์ เซาแทมป์ตันอยู่ทางทิศเหนือสุดของอ่าวเซาแทมป์ตันวอเตอร์ มีแม่น้ำเทสต์และแม่น้ำอิตเชน ไหลมาบรรจบกัน มีแม่น้ำแฮมเบิลไหลมารวมทางตอนใต้บริเวณเขตเมือง
