เม่นหางพวง (อังกฤษ : Asiatic brush-tailed porcupine ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Atherurus macrourus ) เป็นสัตว์ฟันแทะ จำพวกเม่น ชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์เม่นโลกเก่า (Hystricidae)
เป็นเม่นขนาดเล็ก มีความยาวลำตัวและส่วนหัว 36–52 เซนติเมตร ความยาวหาง 14–23 เซนติเมตร ขนตามลำตัวและหนามเป็นสีน้ำตาล มีลักษณะเด่น คือ มีหางที่ยาวกว่าหางของเม่นในสกุล Hystrix ปลายหางเป็นพู่ แต่จะไม่มีขนแผงคอ พบกระจายพันธุ์ตั้งแต่รัฐอัสสัมในอินเดีย, ภาคใต้และมณฑลไหหลำของจีน, ภาคเหนือและตะวันออกของเมียนมา, ทั่วทุกภาคของไทย, ลาว, กัมพูชา และเวียดนาม, มาเลเซีย ตลอดจนถึงเกาะสุมาตราของอินโดนีเซีย มีชื่อพ้อง คือ Atherurus assamensis (Thomas, 1921) และ Atherurus macrourus (Thomas, 1921) และชนิดย่อย คือ assamensis
เป็นสัตว์ที่ปรับตัวให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมที่หลากหลายได้ ตั้งแต่ป่าอุดมสมบูรณ์ไปจนถึงพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม อาหารได้แก่ รากไม้, ผลไม้, เปลือกไม้ของพืชบางชนิด และซากกระดูกหรือเขาสัตว์ ออกหากินในเวลากลางคืน โดยมักจะอยู่รวมกันเป็นฝูง ๆ ละ 6–8 ตัว นอนตามโพรงไม้ในเวลากลางวัน โดยใช้โพรงไม้เดิมเป็นเวลาหลายปี บางครั้งพบว่าอาศัยอยู่ด้วยกันเป็นคู่ในโพรงเดียวกัน
