เอ็นเอ็กซ์ที เรสต์ลิง (อังกฤษ: NXT Wrestling) หรือชื่อเดิมของสมาคมนี้คือ ฟลอริดาแชมเปียนชิปเรสต์ลิง (อังกฤษ: Florida Championship Wrestling; FCW) เป็นค่ายมวยปล้ำพัฒนาทักษะของสมาคม เวิลด์เรสต์ลิงเอ็นเตอร์เทนเมนต์ (WWE) ต่อมาได้เปลี่ยนชื่อมาเป็น เอ็นเอ็กซ์ที เรสต์ลิง

ประวัติ
ในปี 2007 WWE ได้ซื้อบริษัทจาก สตีฟ คีร์น ซึ่งได้เป็นค่ายที่ 2 ต่อจาก OVW รายการของ FCW ฉายครั้งแรกใน Bright House Sports Network วันที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2007 และทุกๆ วันอาทิตย์ ประมาณ 6:00 น.
