แคลดิสติกส์ (อังกฤษ: Cladistics จากคำกรีก κλάδος, klados, แปลว่า สาขา) เป็นวิธีการจัดหมวดหมู่ทางชีวภาพ ที่จัดสิ่งมีชีวิตตามลักษณะที่มีร่วมกันซึ่งสามารถสาวไปยังบรรพบุรุษร่วมกันล่าสุด (most recent common ancestor) โดยที่บรรพบุรุษก่อนหน้านั้นไม่มี ดังนั้น สมาชิกของกลุ่มจึงสมมุติว่ามีประวัติร่วมกันและมองว่าเป็นญาติที่ใกล้ชิด

เทคนิคและการตั้งชื่อของแคลดิสติกส์ยังได้ประยุต์ใช้ในศาสตร์อื่น ๆ อีกด้วย เช่น วิวัฒนาการของวัฒนธรรมมนุษย์
