แอนติออก (กรีก : Ἀντιόχεια ἡ ἐπὶ Δάφνῃ, Ἀντιόχεια ἡ ἐπὶ Ὀρόντου หรือ Ἀντιόχεια ἡ Μεγάλη ; ละติน : Antiochia ad Orontem ; อังกฤษ : Antioch หรือ Great Antioch หรือ Syrian Antioch , ออกเสียง) เป็นเมืองกรีกโบราณที่ตั้งอยู่บนฝั่งแม่น้ำออรอนตีส ซึ่งซากปรักหักพังตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับเมืองอันทักยา ในประเทศตุรกีในปัจจุบัน
แอนติออกก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปลายศตวรรษที่ 4 ก่อนคริสต์ศักราชโดยเซลิวคัสที่ 1 นิคาเตอร์ขุนพลในพระเจ้าอเล็กซานเดอร์มหาราช แอนติออกเจริญขึ้นมาจนในที่สุดก็เป็นเมืองคู่แข่งของอะเล็กซานเดรีย และเป็นเมืองเอกของตะวันออกใกล้ และเป็นเมืองศูนย์กลางของประวัติศาสตร์ยุคแรกของคริสต์ศาสนา
