โรคชอบแต่งกายลักเพศ (อังกฤษ : transvestism หรือ transvestitism ) เป็นพฤติกรรมการแต่งกายข้ามเพศ ที่จะแต่งกายตรงข้ามกับเพศของตัวเอง คำว่า transvestism เกิดขึ้นในช่วงปลายคริสต์ทศวรรษ 1910 แต่คำนี้ก็เคยมีกล่าวถึงในไบเบิล ย้อนกลับไปถึงการกำเนิดของคน แต่อย่างไรก็ตามความหมายของคำได้เปลี่ยนไปหลายแบบ และยังคงใช้ในความหมายหลายแบบ
แม็กนัส เฮิร์ชเฟลด์ ได้ริเริ่มคำว่า transvestism (มาจากภาษาละตินว่า trans-, "ข้าม" และ vestitus, "แต่งกาย") มีความหมายว่าความสนใจทางเพศในการแต่งกายข้ามเพศ เขาใช้อธิบายคนที่มีนิสัยและสวมเสื้อผ้าของเพศตรงข้ามอย่างสมัครใจ โดยเขาได้แบ่งกลุ่มว่า มีทั้งในผู้ชายและผู้หญิง ที่มีรสนิยมรักเพศเดียวกัน รักร่วมเพศ รักสองเพศ และไม่ฝักใจทางเพศ
