โอมาฮา หรือ โอมาฮอ (อังกฤษ: Omaha) เป็นเมืองใหญ่ที่สุดในรัฐเนแบรสกา สหรัฐอเมริกา เป็นเคาน์ตีซีตของดักลาสเคาน์ตี ตั้งอยู่บนฝั่งแม่น้ำมิสซูรีห่างจากบริเวณที่แม่น้ำมิซูรีไหลมาบรรจบกับแม่น้ำแพลตต์ไปทางทิศเหนือราว 20 ไมล์ (30 กม.) จากข้อมูลการสำรวจประชากรในปี ค.ศ. 2010 เมืองโอมาฮามีประชากร 408,958 คน เป็นเมืองใหญ่อันดับ 42 ของประเทศ
