วงศ์ย่อยลิงโลกเก่า (อังกฤษ : Old world monkey ) เป็นวงศ์ย่อย ของสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม ในอันดับวานร (Primates) ใช้ชื่อวงศ์ว่า Cercopithecinae จัดอยู่ในวงศ์ใหญ่ Cercopithecidae หรือ ลิงโลกเก่า
ลิงที่อยู่ในวงศ์ย่อยนี้ั มีประมาณ 71 ชนิด 12 สกุล โดยจะปรับตัวให้อาศัยในแต่ละภูมิประเทศ ภูมิอากาศ บางชนิดมีหางยาวเหมาะกับการอาศัยบนต้นไม้ บางชนิดมีหางสั้นหรือกระทั่งไม่มีหางเลย แต่ทุกชนิดมีหัวแม่มือที่วิวัฒนาการมาเพื่อใช้สำหรับหยิบจับของต่าง ๆ และปีนป่าย รวมถึงบางชนิดสามารถเปลี่ยนสีตัวเองให้เข้มหรือสวยขึ้นได้ด้วยในฤดูผสมพันธุ์
อาศัยอยู่รวมกันเป็นฝูง และมีลำดับชั้นในฝูงตามลำดับอาวุโส อาศัยอยู่ในหลายภูมิประเทศ หลายภูมิอากาศ ทั้งป่าดิบ , ป่าฝน , สะวันนา , ภูเขาสูง หรือกระทั่งพื้นที่เป็นหิมะหรือน้ำแข็งอันหนาวเย็นในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
ส่วนใหญ่กินอาหารได้หลากหลายทั้ง ผลไม้, ใบไม้, เมล็ดพืช, เห็ด , แมลง ตลอดจนแมงมุม ขนาดเล็กและสัตว์ขนาดเล็ก ทุกชนิดมีถุงที่ข้างแก้มใช้เก็บอาหาร ระยะเวลาตั้งท้อง เป็นเวลาประมาณ 6-7 เดือน หย่านมเมื่ออายุได้ 3-12 เดือน และโตเต็มที่ภายใน 3-5 ปี อายุขัยโดยเฉลี่ยบางชนิดอาจสูงได้ถึง 50 ปี
