ปลาซาร์ดีนทะเลสาบ หรือ ปลาซาร์ดีนทะเลสาบมาลาวี (อังกฤษ: lake sardine, Lake Malawi sardine; ชื่อพื้นเมือง: อูซีปา, usipa; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Engraulicypris sardella) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดขนาดเล็กชนิดหนึ่ง พบในทวีปแอฟริกา
ปลาซาร์ดีนทะเลสาบมีรูปร่างคล้ายกับปลาซาร์ดีนแต่ไม่ใช่ปลาซาร์ดีน หากแต่เป็นปลาในวงศ์ปลาตะเพียน (Cyprinidae) โดยเป็นปลาเพียงชนิดเดียวเท่านั้นที่อยู่ในสกุล Engraulicypris [Engraulicypris มาจากคำภาษากรีกว่า eggraulis (แปลว่า "ปลาแอนโชวี") ประสมกับคำภาษากรีกว่า kypris (พระนามหนึ่งของเทพีแอโฟรไดที) ซึ่งมีรากศัพท์มาจากคำว่า Kypris ซึ่งอาจแผลงมาจากคำภาษากรีกว่า kyprinos แปลว่า "ปลาคาร์ป"]
