ปลาย่าดุก (อังกฤษ: Freshwater lionfish, Three-spined frogfish) ปลาน้ำเค็มชนิดหนึ่ง ที่สามารถปรับตัวให้อยู่ในน้ำกร่อยหรือน้ำจืดได้ มีชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Batrachomoeus trispinosus อยู่ในวงศ์ปลาคางคก (Batrachoididae) มีรูปร่างหัวโต ปากกว้าง มีติ่งเนื้อสั้น ๆ อยู่รอบมุมปาก ตาโต ครีบอกเป็นวงกลมและแผ่กางได้ ครีบหลังและครีบท้องยาวไปจรดหาง ครีบหางเป็นวงกลม ลำตัวอ่อนนุ่ม ไม่มีเกล็ด พื้นสีลำตัวสีน้ำตาลมีแถบดำเป็นลายเลอะพาดตลอดทั้งตัว ขนาดโตได้เต็มที่ราว 30 เซนติเมตร
พบอาศัยอยู่ตามชายฝั่งมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก และยังพบในปากแม่น้ำ หรือในเขตน้ำกร่อยในภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย ในต่างประเทศพบตั้งแต่อินโด-แปซิฟิก, ปาปัวนิวกินี จนถึงออสเตรเลีย มีพฤติกรรมมักกบดานอยู่นิ่ง ๆ ตามพื้นน้ำเพื่อดักรอเหยื่อ โดยสีของลำตัวกลมกลืนไปกับสภาพแวดล้อม สามารถกินปลาที่ใหญ่กว่าตัวได้ โดยปรกติปลาในวงศ์นี้จะมีพิษอยู่ที่เงี่ยงครีบหลังและครีบอก แต่ปลาย่าดุกทุกครีบเป็นครีบอ่อน ไม่มีพิษใดๆ เมื่อถูกจับพ้นน้ำจะส่งเสียงร้องว่า "อุบ อุบ"
เป็นปลาที่เมื่อกินเบ็ดแล้ว กินลึกลงถึงในคอ ในบางพื้นที่มีการบริโภค โดยเนื้อนุ่ม มีรสชาติอร่อย และนิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม โดยต้องทำการปรับสภาพน้ำให้อยู่ในน้ำจืดให้ได้เสียก่อน
มีชื่อเรียกอื่น ๆ อีก เช่น "ปลาอุบ" หรือ "ปลาสิงโต" ในแวดวงปลาสวยงาม
