โรคกล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรงแลมเบิร์ท-อีทัน หรือบางครั้งเรียก โรคเลมส์ (อังกฤษ : Lambert–Eaton myasthenic syndrome ; LEMS ) เป็นความผิดปกติที่เกิดจากภูมิต้านทางตนเอง ที่พบได้ยาก มีอาการคือกล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรงที่แขนขา และในระยะที่รุนแรงของโรค ผู้ป่วยอาจเกิดอาการอ่นแรงที่กล้ามเนื้อที่ใช้หายใจ และบางส่วนมีปัญหากับการประสานการทำงานกล้ามเนื้อ (อะตักเซีย)
