สัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยน้ำนมทางทะเล (อังกฤษ : Marine mammals ) หรือ สัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยน้ำนมในทะเล คือ สัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยน้ำนม ที่อาศัยอยู่ในทะเล หรืออาศัยอยู่ใกล้ทะเล โดยสัตว์ในกลุ่มนี้มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 129 ชนิด (Species) ตัวอย่างของสัตว์ในกลุ่มนี้ ได้แก่ แมวน้ำ วาฬ โลมา วอลรัส หมีขั้วโลก ฯลฯ โดยสัตว์เหล่านี้จำเป็นต้องอาศัยอยู่ใกล้ทะเลหรืออาศัยอยู่ในทะเล เพราะจำเป็นต้องพึ่งพาสิ่งแวดล้อม ทางทะเลในการดำรงชีวิต เช่น การหาอาหาร การขยายพันธุ์ ถิ่นที่อยู่ เป็นต้น
นักวิทยาศาสตร์แบ่งสัตว์เหล่านี้ออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ Cetaceans (วาฬ โลมา และพอร์พอยส์ ) Pinnipeds (แมวน้ำ สิงโตทะเล และ วอลรัส ) Sirenians (แมนนาที และ พะยูน ) และ Fissipeds ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มของสัตว์กินเนื้อด้วยที่แยกต่างหาก (หมีขั้วโลก และนากทั้ง 2 พันธุ์) Cetaceans and Sirenians นั้นเหมาะที่จะอาศัยอยู่ในมหาสมุทรเพราะเหมาะสมในทางสรีรศาสตร์ ส่วน Pinnipeds และ Semiaquatic ใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในน้ำแต่จำเป็นต้องขึ้นบกเพื่อขยายพันธุ์ และลอกคราบ ส่วนหมีขั้วโลกในกลุ่ม Fissipeds เหมาะที่จะอาศัยอยู่บนบกมากว่า
ในขณะนี้สัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยน้ำนมทางทะเลร้อยละ 23 มีจำนวนประชากร ลดลง เนื่องจากการคุกคาม โดยมนุษย์ เช่น การล่าวาฬมาทำเป็นอาหาร การล่าวอลรัสเพื่อเอาหนังมาทำเป็นเครื่องนุ่งห่ม โดยคนในพื้นที่ เป็นต้น และสภาวะโลกร้อน ก็มีผลเช่นกัน เช่น แผ่นน้ำแข็งละลาย ทำให้หมีขั้วโลกไร้ที่อยู่อาศัยและจมน้ำตายทุกปี เป็นต้น
