ปลาบู่กล้วย (อังกฤษ : Spotted goby, Knight goby ) เป็นสกุล ของปลาขนาดเล็กสกุลหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาบู่ (Gobiidae) ใช้ชื่อสกุลว่า Stigmatogobius (/สติก-มา-โท-โก-เบียส/)
เป็นปลาบู่ขนาดเล็ก มีขนาดความยาวเต็มที่ไม่เกิน 6 เซนติเมตร มีลำตัวทรงกระบอก หัวมีขนาดใหญ่ มีเกล็ด ตามแนวลำตัว 24-36 แถว ครีบหางกลม เกล็ดที่แนวสันหลังยื่นเข้ามาอยู่ระหว่างนัยน์ตา บนกระดูกแก้มมีเกล็ดปกคลุม
จัดเป็นปลาทะเล ที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณชายฝั่ง ที่ติดต่อกับน้ำจืด เช่น ป่าชายเลน , ชะวากทะเล หรือบางครั้งพบในแอ่งน้ำขังชั่วคราวในช่วงน้ำขึ้นน้ำลง สามารถปรับตัวให้อยู่ในน้ำจืดสนิทได้ เป็นปลาที่มีความสวย งาม จึงนิยมเลี้ยงกันเป็นปลาสวยงาม เป็นปลาที่มีพฤติกรรมลอยตัวหากินอยู่บริเวณกลางน้ำถึงผิวน้ำ พบมากในถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัยที่เหมาะสม พบในประเทศไทย 2 ชนิด
