ร่องสมองกลีบขมับส่วนบน (อังกฤษ : Superior temporal sulcus , sulcus temporalis superior ) เป็นร่องสมอง (sulcus) ที่แยกรอยนูนสมองกลีบขมับส่วนบน (superior temporal gyrus) จากรอยนูนสมองกลีบขมับส่วนกลาง (middle temporal gyrus) ในสมองกลีบขมับ ร่องสมองกลีบขมับส่วนบน เป็นร่องสมองแรกใต้ร่องด้านข้าง (lateral fissure)
