นิวต์แปซิฟิก หรือ นิวต์ตะวันตก หรือ นิวต์ผิวขรุขระ (Pacific newt, Western newt, Roughskin newt) เป็นสัตว์สะเทินน้ำสะเทินบก จำพวกซาลาแมนเดอร์ สกุลหนึ่ง ในสกุล Taricha (/ทา-ริ-ชา/)
จัดเป็นซาลาแมนเดอร์แท้ หรือนิวต์ สกุลหนึ่ง เป็๋นนิวต์ที่หากินและใช้ชีวิตบนบกเป็นหลัก และจะเคลื่อนย้ายไปยังแหล่งน้ำเมื่อถึงเวลาผสมพันธุ์ การปฏิสนธิเกิดขึ้นภายในลำตัว เป็นนิวต์ที่พบกระจายพันธุ์ทั้งในพื้นที่ตะวันออกและตะวันตกของสหรัฐอเมริกา และอาจพบได้จนถึงตอนเหนือของรัฐบาฮากาลิฟอร์เนีย เม็กซิโก
