อนุสัญญาสหประชาชาติว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก (อังกฤษ: United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child: CRC, UNCRC) เป็นสนธิสัญญาเกี่ยวกับสิทธิมนุษยชนซึ่งกำหนดสิทธิในทางพลเมือง การเมือง เศรษฐกิจ สังคม สุขภาพ และวัฒนธรรม ของเด็ก โดยนิยามว่า เด็ก คือ มนุษย์คนใด ๆ ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี เว้นแต่บรรลุนิติภาวะเสียก่อนตามกฎหมายในประเทศนั้น ๆ
ตามกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศแล้ว ประเทศที่ให้สัตยาบันแก่อนุสัญญานี้มีความผูกมัดที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามอนุสัญญา ผู้สอดส่องการปฏิบัติตาม คือ คณะกรรมการว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก (Committee on the Rights of the Child) ของสหประชาชาติ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยกรรมการจากประเทศต่าง ๆ ทั่วโลก คณะกรรมการนี้จะเสนอรายงานปีละครั้งต่อคณะกรรมาธิการชุดที่ 3 ของสมัชชาใหญ่สหประชาชาติ (Third Committee of the United Nations General Assembly) ซึ่งจะรับฟังถ้อยคำจากประธานกรรมการว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็กประกอบด้วย ส่วนข้อมติเกี่ยวกับสิทธิเด็กนั้น สมัชชาใหญ่จะเป็นผู้ออก
อนุสัญญานี้ สมัชชาใหญ่ตกลงรับและเปิดให้ลงนามเมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 1989 ซึ่งวันเป็นครบรอบ 30 ปีของปฏิญญาว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก (Declaration of the Rights of the Child) อนุสัญญาเริ่มใช้บังคับเมื่อวันที่ 2 กันยายน ค.ศ. 1990 อันเป็นวันที่ได้รับสัตยาบันจากประเทศต่าง ๆ ครบ 20 ประเทศ ปัจจุบัน มีประเทศเข้าเป็นภาคีแห่งอนุสัญญานี้แล้ว 196 ประเทศ ในจำนวนนี้รวมสมาชิกทุกรายของสหประชาชาติ ยกเว้นสหรัฐ
มีการตกลงรับพิธีสาร (protocol) จำนวน 2 ฉบับเมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 200 ฉบับแรก คือ พิธีสารเลือกรับของอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก เรื่อง ความเกี่ยวพันของเด็กในความขัดแย้งกันด้วยอาวุธ (Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict) ซึ่งห้ามให้เด็กเข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องกับความขัดแย้งทางทหาร ส่วนฉบับถัดมา คือ พิธีสารเลือกรับของอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก เรื่อง การขายเด็ก การค้าประเวณีเด็ก และสื่อลามกที่เกี่ยวกับเด็ก (Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography) ซึ่งห้ามขายเด็ก ห้ามค้าประเวณีเด็ก และห้ามสื่อลามกเด็ก พิธีสารทั้งสองได้รับสัตยาบันจากประเทศกว่า 160 ประเทศแล้ว
มีการตกลงรับพิธีสารฉบับที่ 3 คือ พิธีสารเลือกรับของอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก เรื่อง กระบวนการติดต่อร้องเรียน (Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure) เมื่อเดือนธันวาคม ค.ศ. 2011 และเปิดให้ลงนามเมื่อวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 2012 จนมีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 เมษายน ค.ศ. 2014
