แผนแบ่งปาเลสไตน์ของสหประชาชาติ (อังกฤษ: United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine) เป็นข้อเสนอของสหประชาชาติ ให้แบ่งปาเลสไตน์ในอาณัติในช่วงปลายอาณัติของบริเตน ในวันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 1947 สมัชชาสหประชาชาติลงมติเห็นชอบแผนฯ เป็นข้อมติที่ 181 (2)

ข้อมติฯ แนะนำให้ตั้งรัฐอาหรับและรัฐยิวซึ่งมีเอกราชทั้งคู่ และระบอบระหว่างประเทศพิเศษสำหรับนครเยรูซาเลม แผนแบ่งนี้เป็นเอกสารสี่ส่วนที่แนบท้ายข้อมติฯ กำหนดการสิ้นสุดของอาณัติ การทยอยถอนทหารบริติชและการลากเส้นขอบเขตระหว่างสองรัฐและเยรูซาเลม ส่วนที่ 1 ของแผนฯ กำหนดว่าอาณัติควรสิ้นสุดลงโดยเร็วที่สุดที่เป็นไปได้ และสหราชอาณาจักรจะถอนกำลังไม่เกินวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม ค.ศ. 1948 รัฐใหม่ทั้งสองจะมีอยู่สองเดือนหลังบริเตนถอนกำลัง แต่ไม่เกินวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1948 แผนฯ ยังมุ่งแก้ไขปัญหาวัตถุประสงค์ที่ขัดกันและข้ออ้างของขบวนการที่เป็นปรปักษ์กันสองฝ่าย คือ ขบวนการชาตินิยมปาเลสไตน์และขบวนการไซออนิสต์ (หรือชาตินิยมยิว) แผนฯ ยังเรียกร้องให้มีสหภาพทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างรัฐที่มีการเสนอ และการคุ้มครองสิทธิทางศาสนาและชนกลุ่มน้อย

แผนฯ ซึ่งมีการวางโดยร่วมมือกับองค์การยิว ได้รับการยอมรับโดยหน่วยงานยิวสำหรับปาเลสไตน์ (Jewish Agency for Palestine) แม้ไม่พอใจต่อการจำกัดดินแดนที่กำหนดต่อรัฐยิวที่มีการเสนอ ผู้นำและรัฐบาลอาหรับปฏิเสธแผนฯ และระบุว่าไม่เต็มใจยอมรับการแบ่งแยกดินแดนใด ๆ โดยอ้างว่าการแบ่งดินแดนขัดต่อหลักการการกำหนดการปกครองด้วยตนเองในกฎบัตรสหประชาชาติ

หลังสมัชชาสหประชาชาติรับข้อมติดังกล่าว พลันเกิดสงครามกลางเมืองในปาเลสไตน์ในอาณัติ ทำให้ไม่มีการนำแผนฯ ไปปฏิบัติ
