คิวอะนอน (อังกฤษ: QAnon, /ˌkjuːəˈnɒn/ ) หรือเรียกสั้น ๆ ว่า คิว เป็นทฤษฎีสมคบคิดอเมริกันขวาจัดที่ได้พิสูจน์ว่าเป็นเท็จและดิสเครดิตไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทฤษฎีอ้างว่า มีกลุ่มคนบูชาซาตาน ที่กินคน และใคร่เด็ก ผู้ทำมิจฉาชีพเป็นการค้าเด็กทางเพศในระดับโลก และวางแผนทำร้ายอดีตประธานาธิบดีสหรัฐคือ ดอนัลด์ ทรัมป์เมื่อเขายังดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นประธานาธิบดี สื่อมักจะจัดกลุ่มนี้ว่าเป็นลัทธิลัทธิหนึ่ง
