งูหางกระดิ่งไซด์ไวน์เดอร์ หรือ งูไซด์ไวน์เดอร์ (อังกฤษ : Sidewinder, Sidewinder rattlesnake, Horned rattlesnake ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Crotalus cerastes ) เป็นงูพิษ ขนาดใหญ่ที่อาศัยอยู่แถบทะเลทราย จัดเป็นงูจำพวกงูหางกระดิ่ง อยู่ในวงศ์งูแมวเซา (Viperidae) และวงศ์ย่อยงูหางกระดิ่ง (Crotalinae)
จัดเป็นงูหางกระดิ่งชนิดที่มีขนาดใหญ่ชนิดหนึ่ง มีความยาวเต็มที่ได้ถึง 1.5-2.5 ฟุต แต่ตัวที่มีความยาวกว่า 30 นิ้ว มักไม่ค่อยพบ มีลักษณะเด่น คือ มีติ่งเล็ก ๆ เหนือตาคล้ายกับเขา ซึ่งเป็นอวัยวะที่ใช้ในการปกป้องดวงตา มีเกล็ดตามลำตัวสีน้ำตาลหรือสีน้ำตาลเข้ม สำหรับการปรับตัวให้กลมกลืนกับสิ่งแวดล้อม ที่เป็นทราย
งูหางกระดิ่งไซด์ไวน์เดอร์ มีการเคลื่อนที่ด้วยการเหวี่ยงตัวไปข้าง ๆ ด้วยการควบคุมตัวให้ตกลงสู่พื้นในแนวดิ่งเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการลื่นไถล เพื่อทำให้เกิดแรงผลักและทำให้ลำตัวเคลื่อนไปข้างหน้าขณะเดียวกันลำตัวถูกยกขึ้นสูงจากพื้นวัสดุแล้วตกลงในแนวดิ่ง จึงสามารถเคลื่อนไปข้างหน้าได้ แต่ทิศทางการเลื้อยอาจดูเฉียงไปด้านข้างเล็กน้อย ทั้งนี้เพราะรูปแบบการเคลื่อนที่แบบนี้เหมาะมากสำหรับการเคลื่อนที่ของสัตว์ที่ไม่มีขาบนพื้นทราย ที่อ่อนนุ่มแบบนี้ อันเป็นที่มาของชื่อสามัญ ที่ใช้เรียกด้วย
งูหางกระดิ่งไซด์ไวน์เดอร์ เป็นงูที่ออกหากินในเวลากลางคืน ด้วยการตรวจจับคลื่นอินฟาเรดจากความร้อนของตัวเหยื่อ ซึ่งเหยื่อ โดยมากจะได้แก่ สัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม ขนาดเล็ก เช่น หนู หรือสัตว์ฟันแทะ และกิ้งก่า ชนิดต่าง ๆ ที่อาศัยอยู่ในทะเลทราย
แพร่กระจายพันธุ์ตั้งแต่ภาคใต้ของสหรัฐอเมริกา เช่น รัฐเท็กซัส , ยูทาห์ , เนวาดา , อริโซนา , แคลิฟอร์เนีย และตอนเหนือของเม็กซิโก แบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 ชนิดย่อย ตามแต่ละถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัย (ดูในตาราง)
