จักซ์ตาโกลเมอรูลาร์ แอปพาราตัส (อังกฤษ: Juxtaglomerular apparatus) เป็นโครงสร้างหนึ่งของไต ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมการทำงานของหน่วยไตแต่ละอัน ชื่อ Juxtaglomerular apparatus มาจากลักษณะทางเนื้อเยื่อที่พบว่าโครงสร้างนี้อยู่ข้างๆ โกลเมอรูลัส อยู่ระหว่าง vascular pole ของ renal corpuscle และส่วนย้อนกลับของ distal convoluted tubule ของหน่วยไตอันเดียวกัน การมีตำแหน่งอยู่ที่บริเวณนี้มีความสำคัญต่อหน้าที่ของ Juxtaglomerular apparatus ในการควบคุมปริมาณเลือดที่มาเลี้ยงไตและ glomerular filtration rate โดยเซลล์ของ Juxtaglomerular apparatus ประกอบด้วย macula densa, extraglomerular mesangial cell และ juxtaglomerular cell
