ทองหลางน้ำ หรือ ทองโหลง (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Erythrina fusca ) เป็นพืชในวงศ์ย่อยถั่ว (Faboideae) ลักษณะเป็นไม้ต้น ผลัดใบ สูง 10–12 เมตร เรือนยอดเป็นพุ่มกลม โคนต้นเป็นพูพอน เปลือกต้นสีน้ำตาลอมเทา ใบเป็นใบประกอบมี 3 ใบย่อย รูปไข่หรือขอบขนาน ขนาด 5–8 × 10–15 เซนติเมตร ปลายใบแหลม โคนใบสอบ ดอกออกเป็นช่อกระจะที่ปลายกิ่ง สีแดง เมื่อบานจะกว้าง 8–10 เซนติเมตร ออกดอกเดือนมกราคม–กุมภาพันธ์ ผลเป็นฝักรูปทรงกระบอก เมื่อแก่แตกออก ภายในมีเมล็ดสีน้ำตาลรูปไต ขยายพันธุ์ด้วยการเพาะเมล็ดหรือปักชำกิ่ง
ทองหลางน้ำกระจายพันธุ์ในแอฟริกาตะวันออก ถึงทวีปออสเตรเลีย และเขตร้อนในทวีปอเมริกา นิยมปลูกไว้ริมตลิ่งเนื่องจากทนน้ำท่วมขังได้ดี โดยปลูกบนดินร่วนหรือดินเหนียวชุ่มชื้น มีแสงแดดตลอดวัน ดอกและใบอ่อนกินเป็นผักได้ ในเมล็ดมีสารแอลคาลอยด์ หลายชนิด เช่น อีริสโซดิน (erysodine), อีริสโซปีน (erysopine) และอีริสโซวีน (erysovine)
