บิล อิชต์วาน กุนเธอร์ สกอชกวด (สวีเดน: Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård, เสียงอ่านภาษาสวีเดน: [ˈbɪlː ˈskɑ̌ːʂɡoːɖ] ( ฟังเสียง) เกิด 9 สิงหาคม 1990) เป็นนักแสดงชาวสวีเดน ซึ่งเป็นที่รู้จักในบทบาทมันหรือเพนนีไวส์ในเรื่อง อิท โผล่จากนรก (2017) และอิท โผล่จากนรก 2 (2019) ดัดแปลงจากนวนิยายเรื่อง อิท ของสตีเฟน คิง เขายังปรากฎตัวในภาพยนตร์เรื่อง Simple Simon, The Divergent Series: Allegiant, Atomic Blonde, Villains รวมถึงละคร Hemlock Grove และ Castle Rock
