ปลาบู่จุดคู่ (อังกฤษ : Dualspot gobies ) เป็นปลาขนาดเล็กจำพวกหนึ่ง ในสกุล Redigobius (/เร-ดิ-โก-บิ-อัส/) ในวงศ์ปลาบู่ (Gobiidae) พบกระจายพันธุ์ในภูมิภาคตะวันตกของอินโด-แปซิฟิก โดยพบได้ตั้งแต่ฝั่งตะวันตกของแปซิฟิกจากออสเตรเลีย จนถึงทวีปแอฟริกาแต่บางชนิด ก็เป็นสัตว์เฉพาะถิ่นที่พบได้เฉพาะเกาะฟิจิ เท่านั้นโดยพบในแหล่งน้ำจืดบริเวณปากแม่น้ำ , ชะวากทะเล ที่ได้รับอิทธิพลจากกระแสน้ำขึ้นน้ำลง โดยมักหลบซ่อนตัวอยู่ตามพืชน้ำหรือเศษวัสดุต่าง ๆ
จัดเป็นปลาบู่ขนาดเล็ก จึงนิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม
การจำแนก เดิมทีเคยถูกจำแนกให้มี 14 ชนิด แต่ปัจจุบันเหลือเพียง 12 ชนิด
