ปลาผีเสื้อจมูกยาวเหลือง หรือ ปลาผีเสื้อจมูกยาวขอบตาขาว (อังกฤษ : Yellow longnose butterflyfish ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Forcipiger flavissimus ) ปลาทะเลชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาผีเสื้อ (Chaetodontidae)
มีส่วนปากยาวมาก ครีบหลังตอนหน้ามีก้านครีบยาว ลำตัวสีเหลืองสด หน้าและหัวสีคล้ำถึงครึ่งบนลูกตา ขอบตาด้านล่างขาวถึงจะงอยปากและข้างแก้ม มีจุดสีดำตรงด้านท้ายครีบก้น ครีบหางใส
มีความยาวประมาณ 19 เซนติเมตร พบกระจายพันธุ์ในแนวปะการังในทะเลเขตร้อน-เขตอบอุ่นทั่วโลก ตั้งแต่อินโดแปซิฟิก, ฮาวาย , ทะเลแดง , ทะเลคอร์เตซ , อเมริกาใต้ , หมู่เกาะกาลาปากอส , ทะเลญี่ปุ่น , ไมโครนีเซีย ในน่านน้ำไทย เฉพาะฝั่งทะเลอันดามัน เท่านั้น จัดเป็นปลาที่พบได้น้อย เป็นปลาที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำพังหรือเป็นคู่ กินโพลิปของปะการัง , หอย และหนอนทะเล เป็นอาหาร
เป็นปลาผีเสื้ออีกชนิดหนึ่ง ที่นิยมเลี้ยงกันเป็นปลาสวยงาม และจัดแสดงตามพิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำ
