ปลาหมอคอนวิค หรือ ปลาหมอม้าลาย (อังกฤษ: Convict cichlid, Zebra cichlid) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดในวงศ์ปลาหมอสี (Cichlidae) ชนิดหนึ่ง มีชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Amatitlania nigrofasciata มีถิ่นกำเนิดในอเมริกากลาง จัดเป็นปลาหมอสีขนาดเล็ก มีขนาดความยาวเต็มที่ไม่เกิน 6 นิ้ว ตัวผู้และตัวเมียสามารถแยกได้อย่างชัดเจน โดยตัวผู้จะมีลายสลับขาวดำ 8-9 ปล้อง หัวโหนก ครีบแหลมยาว และมีลำตัวใหญ่กว่าตัวเมีย ในขณะที่ตัวเมียครีบก้นมีสีเหลือบเขียว ส่วนท้องมีสีส้ม และขนาดเล็กกว่าตัวผู้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีปลาที่มนุษย์คัดสายพันธุ์จนเป็นสีขาวจากการขาดเมลานิน ซึ่งพบเห็นเป็นปลาสวยงามได้ทั่วไปเช่นเดียวกับปลาสีดั้งเดิม
ปลาหมอคอนวิค เป็นปลาหมอสีชนิดหนึ่งที่ได้รับความนิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม ถึงแม้จะเป็นปลาหวงถิ่นที่ก้าวร้าว แต่ก็มีขนาดเล็กและเลี้ยงง่ายมีความทนทาน สามารถเพาะขยายพันธุ์ในที่เลี้ยงได้ โดยปลาจะสามารถแพร่พันธุ์ได้ตั้งแต่มีความยาว 1.5 นิ้ว ปลาในที่เลี้ยงที่จับคู่กันแล้ว มักวางไข่ในภาชนะดินเผา โดยปลาทั้งตัวผู้และตัวเมียจะช่วยกันดูแลไข่และลูกอ่อน
