ปลาไส้ตันตาขาว (ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Anematichthys repasson) ปลาน้ำจืดชนิดหนึ่ง จัดอยู่ในวงศ์ปลาตะเพียน (Cyprinidae) มีรูปร่างคล้ายปลาไส้ตันตาแดง (A. apogon) ซึ่งอยู่ในสกุลเดียวกัน เว้นแต่ขอบตาบนไม่มีสีแดง และมีหนวดสั้น ๆ 2 คู่ ลำตัวสีเงินวาวหรืออมเหลืองอ่อน มีแถบสีคล้ำพาดตามความยาวลำตัว 5-6 แถบ ครีบสีเหลืองอ่อนหรือชมพูจาง ๆ มีขนาดโดยเฉลี่ย 15-20 เซนติเมตร มักอาศัยอยู่เป็นฝูงเล็ก ๆ พบได้ตามแม่น้ำ หนองบึง และแหล่งน้ำนิ่งของภาคกลาง ภาคเหนือ และอีสาน เป็นปลาที่พบชุกชุมเช่นเดียวกับปลาไส้ตันตาแดง
ปลาไส้ตันตาขาวมีชื่อที่เรียกต่างออกไป เช่น จังหวัดพะเยาเรียกว่า "แพ็บ" เป็นต้น
