ปลาไหลครีบยาวนิวซีแลนด์ (อังกฤษ : New Zealand longfin eel ; เมารี: Tuna; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Anguilla dieffenbachii ) ปลาน้ำจืดขนาดใหญ่ชนิดหนึ่ง จำพวกปลาตูหนา (Anguillidae)
ปลาไหลครีบยาวนิวซีแลนด์ เป็นปลาตูหนาขนาดใหญ่ มีลักษณะที่แตกต่างจากปลาตูหนาชนิดอื่น ๆ จากครีบหลังที่ยาวกว่าครีบท้อง มีความยาวเต็มที่ได้ถึง 180 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนักกว่า 18 กิโลกรัม โดยตัวที่มีน้ำหนักมากที่สุดในโลกเป็นตัวเมียอายุกว่า 106 ปี น้ำหนักกว่า 24 กิโลกรัม เป็นปลาที่กระจายพันธุ์เฉพาะในแหล่งน้ำจืด ตามแม่น้ำ ลำธาร และทะเลสาบต่าง ๆ ของนิวซีแลนด์ ทั้งเกาะเหนือ และเกาะใต้ จัดเป็นปลาที่มีอัตราการเจริญเติบโตช้าที่สุดด้วย โดยในช่วงปีแรกลูกปลาจะมีความยาวเพียง 1-2 เซนติเมตรเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้แล้วยังเป็นปลาที่มีการผสมพันธุ์เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้นในชีวิต และจะตายหลังจากนั้น ซึ่งอายุเข้าสู่วัยเจริญพันธุ์ได้แก่ 23 ปี สำหรับตัวผู้ 24 ปี สำหรับตัวเมีย โดยว่ายน้ำอพยพไปวางไข่กลางมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิค ที่อยู่ไกลไปถึง 8,047 กิโลเมตร ในระหว่างการเดินทางนี้ปลาไหลครีบยาวนิวซีแลนด์จะเปลี่ยนตัวเองให้มีสีเข้มขึ้น ส่วนหัวเล็กลง และดวงตาโตขึ้นเกือบ 2 เท่า และไม่กินอาหาร เมื่อปลาตัวผู้ฉีดน้ำเชื้อผสมกับไข่ของตัวเมียแล้ว ทั้งคู่ก็จะตาย ก่อนที่ลูกปลาที่ฟักออกมาจะอพยพกลับมายังนิวซีแลนด์ตามสัญชาตญาณและกระแสน้ำในมหาสมุทร
