มาคารอฟ (รัสเซีย: Пистолет Макарова, Pistolet Makarova, literally Makarov's Pistol) เป็นปืนพกกึ่งอัตโนมัติชนิดหนึ่งของสหภาพโซเวียต และใช้มาจนถึงยุคของประเทศรัสเซีย ถูกออกแบบโดยนิโคไล ฟยูโดโรวิช มาคารอฟ เมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1948 และเริ่มประจำการเป็นอาวุธประจำกายหลักของกองทัพสหภาพโซเวียต ในปี ค.ศ. 1951

การใช้งานและรุ่น

ปืนสั้นมาคารอฟนั้น ผลิตเพื่อใช้ประจำการในประเทศคอมมิวนิสต์ในช่วงสงครามเย็น และปืนสั้นมาคารอฟ ยังมีประเทศที่ผลิตปืนชนิดนี้อีกด้วย เช่น เยอรมนีตะวันตก บัลแกเรีย และจีน

รุ่นที่เป็นที่รู้จักกันมากที่สุด และแพร่หลายมากที่สุด คือรุ่น พีเอ็มเอ็ม (PMM) (Pistolet Makarova Modernizirovannyy or Modernised Makarov pistol) ผลิตจากปืนรุ่นเดิมในปี ค.ศ. 1990 โดยทีมงานที่ผลิตปืนชนิดนี้ชุดเดิมจากปืนรุ่นต้นฉบับ ปืนสั้นมาคารอฟรุ่นต้นฉบับนั้นบรรจุกระสุนได้ 8 นัด ส่วน PMM บรรจุกระสุนได้ 12 นัด พีเอ็มเอ็มนั้นใช้กระสุน 9.2x18 มิลลิเมตร

อีกรุ่นคือรุ่น ไบกัน ออกแบบในปี ค.ศ. 1962 หลังจากปืนมาคารอฟรุ่นเดิมใช้การได้ผล จึงผลิตปืนชนิดนี้ออกมาเป็นรุ่นดังกล่าว และปืนรุ่นนี้ที่เป็นรุ่นสำหรับที่ใช้ในกีฬายิงปืนคือ Bikan-442 โดยไบกันนั้นใช้กระสุน .380 เอซีพี
